Last week was another high-scoring slate. Dowdle ended up being a must, and with his salary savings you could easily get up to JSN, CMC, and JT. We’ve got another interesting week ahead with some obvious price plays and value options opening things up.
I’ll go over my favorite Week 6 NFL DFS cash plays. If you want a look at tournaments, check out our top NFL DFS pivots at DraftKings.
Quarterbacks
- Justin Herbert ($6,300)
Looking to be popular due to his matchup with the Dolphins. Solid floor and fair price, though there’s some concern with the offensive line holding up.
- Drake Maye ($5,900)
I seem to have Maye in my cash lineups every week. The price still feels too cheap, and he draws a nice matchup against the Saints.
- Trevor Lawrence ($5,100)
His price really opens things up for skill positions. He showed up big last week with goal-line runs, and Seattle’s secondary can definitely be attacked.
Running Backs
- Christian McCaffrey ($8,400)
Back to his dominant self this year, and the price reflects it. Lock for me this week.
- Josh Jacobs ($7,300)
Gaining steam and in a dream matchup against the Bengals, who can’t stop anyone on the ground.
- Rachaad White ($6,000)
Handled the bulk of the carries last week, and with Bucky out again, his usage should continue to rise.
- Rico Dowdle ($5,800)
He certainly paid off last week and is in another great spot with Hubbard out. Plus, you’ve got the revenge game narrative if you’re into that sort of thing.
Wide Receivers
- Puka Nacua ($8,700)
There isn’t much to say about the guy leading the league in targets and yards. Baltimore can’t stop anyone lately, and this should be no different.
- Jaxon Smith-Njigba ($7,600)
Another guy we’ve leaned on often — and with good reason. Darnold looks his way frequently, and this game environment sets up nicely.
- Tet McMillan ($6,000)
Another target monster who’s due for a touchdown. Spicy matchup against a wide-open Dallas secondary.
- Chris Olave ($5,100)
Not sure why he’s still priced this low. He’s quietly averaging 10 targets per game and is due for positive TD regression. Love him at this price.
Tight Ends
- Trey McBride ($5,500)
Sure, he’s the most expensive TE on the board, but $5,500 for his workload is still criminally underrated.
- Tyler Warren ($4,900)
Consistently consistent. Solid floor and reliable volume make him a strong option again this week.
- Michael Mayer ($3,100)
With Bowers likely out again, Mayer slots in as the TE1. Not my favorite play, but he brings ownership and salary relief.
Defenses
- Raiders ($3,200)
Same formula every week — find Cam Ward and play that defense.
- Browns ($2,500)
Their defense is criminally underrated and should be able to get to Aaron Rodgers. Love the price, too.
