The league’s most dominant fantasy producer brings the highest ceiling on Monday’s slate, making her the cornerstone in both cash games and tournaments. But winning lineups won’t be built on Wilson alone.

Top WNBA DFS Picks for Monday
- A’ja Wilson ($12.5k)
- Jessica Shepard ($11.4k)
- Odyssey Sims ($3.5k)
This is a nice big 4-game WNBA DFS slate, so if you wanted to fade A’ja Wilson, nobody would balk. That said, with Paige Bueckers ruled out, it’s tough to go away from that guaranteed floor and exciting ceiling.
Wilson pulls in with the top overall projection and especially with some value that is presenting itself, I see a clear path to getting her. Our system loves her, and the same goes for Dallas star Jessica Shepard. She is a smash with Bueckers out, while we can also turn to ancillary Wings pieces such as Azzi Fudd and Arike Ogunbowale.
They look good, but I’d rather start with Shepard and then punt with Odyssey Sims. She’s already got a small role, but that should grow significantly with Bueckers out, plus she saves us a ton of salary.

Best WNBA Fantasy Picks for Tournaments (7/20)
- Marina Mabrey ($10.7k)
- Olivia Miles ($10.6k)
A lot of the attention up top is going to three players: Wilson, Shepard, and Breanna Stewart. If you want even more leverage, you can go target players on their teams. Dallas players will get steamed up, though, so you’d be looking at the likes of Sabrina Ionescu, Jackie Young, and Chelsea Gray.
All look like fine leverage plays, but I prefer Mabrey and Miles, who are way cheaper, aren’t froced leverage on strong plays, and get high usage. Mabrey is a terrific stacking option across from Wilson, while Miles is a solid stacking option across from Stewart if you decide to pay up for her instead.
There are a lot of strong GPP picks on a slate this size, but when looking at projected ownership, usage, and projection, none look more appealing than Mabrey or Miles.
Monday’s Top WNBA DFS Value Picks
- Maddy Siegrist ($3.3k)
- Han Xu ($3.8k)
Dallas is going to be a source of value, assuming they don’t give all of Paige’s minutes to Fudd and Arike. If that doesn’t happen, I like Sims the most, but others that could benefit on the Wings include Siegrist, Alysha Clark, and Aziaha James. Good luck figuring out which ones are worth using beyond Sims, though, as she’s still the preferred punt.
Xu keeps getting burn due to the Liberty being down two key forwards, but be sure to stretch your neck for other New York values. The Liberty could also give extra minutes to Anneli Maley or Rebecca Allen, both of which cleared 15 minutes in their last game.
